We’ve had a busy and exciting first month at Canine Collective, and we wanted to share a few updates with you!

Online Bookings Now Available

We have now moved to online bookings using KennelBooker.

Through the new system you can:

• Update your own details

• Upload vaccination records

• Make bookings

• Make card payments with no card fees

As part of the new online system, if you see us using our phones during drop off or pick up, we are most likely checking your pet in or out through the booking system.

Gate Hours Update

To help create a calmer environment for the dogs, our gate hours will now be:

• Gate closes: 9:00am

• Gate opens: 3:30pm

If you need to pick up outside of these times, that’s absolutely fine — just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Welcome Paige!

We’re excited to officially have Paige on board with the team! The dogs are already loving the extra cuddles, playtime, and attention.

New Beds Coming Soon

We’ve ordered new dog beds for the daycare as we’ll be removing the couches. We want to create a cleaner, more comfortable, and dog-friendly rest space for everyone.

Updated Cleaning Protocols

We are now using the same cleaning protocols used by veterinary clinics to help ensure we keep everything clean, hygienic, and safe for all our doggy friends.

What’s Coming Next

Over the coming months, we’ll be working towards:

• More suitable play groups based on your dog’s personality and play style

• More structured play sessions

• Basic training and enrichment throughout the day

Our goal is to continue creating a safe, fun, and balanced environment for all dogs in our care.

Drop Off & Pick Up Reminder

When dropping off or picking up, please come inside with them, as we are working with the dogs on gate control training. This helps us keep arrivals and departures calm, safe, and structured for everyone.
